Awards Drive Thru Event (Times by Rank)

Please plan to attend our Awards Drive Thru event on Sunday, August 30 at your rank’s specific time to pick up your awards. A few important notes:

  • Due to the need for distancing and limiting group size, please only arrive at your rank’s specified time.

  • This is a drive thru only event. Please stay in your car and a leader will bring your awards over. However, photos are encouraged from within the car!

  • Please make all efforts to attend this date. While there will not be an alternate drive thru date, we will arrange a way to pick up items directly at a later date if necessary.

Location: Circle/parking lot behind OGUMC Young Children’s School (next to Scout Hall and directly behind the YCS playground). The entrance is on Fairoaks Rd.

The schedule is as follows:

Lions: 1 pm
Tigers: 115 pm
Wolf 1: 130 pm
Wolf 2: 145 pm
Wolf 3/Girls 5: 2pm 
Bear 1: 215 pm
Bear 2: 230 pm
Web 1 Den 1: 245 pm
Web 1 Den 2: 300 pm
AoL 1: 315 pm 
AoL 2: 330 pm
End: 345 pm

Please also bring all neckerchiefs and handbooks from last year to be collected and redistributed to new Scouts at a later date. Please wash neckerchiefs and wipe down books in advance. Leadership will also clean all materials before they are redistributed.
